[PKG-Openstack-devel] [PATCH] Install trove templates

Hello list,

The Trove templates (trove/templates in the sources) are not installed by the trove-taskmanager package. Those files are mandatory for Trove to work.
This patch installs these files in the default location (/etc/trove/templates). That location can be changed in the configuration file, with the key 'template_path'.
