During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder
and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error.

error in setup command: Error parsing /srv/jenkins-slave/workspace/sid-goto-cc-sphinxcontrib-docbookrestapi/sphinxcontrib-docbookrestapi-0.1/setup.cfg: OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory
dh_auto_clean: python setup.py clean -a returned exit code 1
debian/rules:11: recipe for target 'clean' failed
make: *** [clean] Error 1


The full build log is attached; please do let me know if the problem is
unreproducible, in which case I shall try to investigate further.
