Dear Maintainer,

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * d/control: Add missing BD on openstack-pkg-tools (LP: #1292029).

This package FTBFS in a clean schroot in Ubuntu due to missing upstream
files which pkgos fixes up.

Thanks for considering the patch.
