Unfortunately no. And anyways, there are not much new features (except
the ones needed to fix bugs)

The main ones being:
- preseeding debconf (upon initial installation) should now work
- Allow the admin to specify the domain for the GRANT calls (MySQL)
- Allow packages to backup during config from dbconfig-common state
    machine
- Allow package maintainers to change the default priority of questions
  (per level, not per question).
