Hi Santiago,

This is correct. FYI, upstream has nearly finished working on Django
1.10 compat, and the next (beta) release is due for the end of the
month. The work was really huge, so it is unlikely that a backport to
the previous version (ie: version 9) will happen. More likely, we'll
have to wait until Horizon final version 10 is out in September, to
replace the version currently in Sid.
