Hi,

Yes, that's the same problem: issues with the new Django 1.9 release.
Though there's a way more than just the issue with importlib. I wrote
about a dozen patches already:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/openstack/horizon.git/tree/debian/patches

See patches 0040 to 0160 there. Though that's still not enough to have
Horizon to work again against Django 1.9. Upstream is already working on
it too.

If anyone wants to help, it'd be more than welcome.

I'll post updates here if I have some, though at the moment, I have to
put this on hold, due to the OpenStack Mitaka beta 2 release.
