The issue is that my colleague Ivan uploaded the Newton version in Sid,
instead of uploading to Experimental. You should use the version 9,
currently in Testing, instead of that version 10.

This will be corrected by uploading version 9 to Sid with an increased
EPOC, replacing version 10.
