Dear Maintainer,
while I'm experimenting with Newton OS release on Sid the two problems
revealed.
 * Django 1.10 - some actions don't work because of CSRF missing

 * JQuery 3.1.1-1 - drop-down menus don't work.

Downgrade Django to 1.8.15-1~bpo8+1 and libjs-jquery to 1.11.3+dfsg-4~bpo8+1
solve the problems.
