[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#812342: systemd stop sequence stucks

Hello,

I've noticed that the stop sequence of the rabbitmq-server hangs.

After some inspections I've tried the changes suggested by Alexey
and they works quite well. Now the service can stop without
problems.

If you apply this changes to the rabbitmq-server.service file, please,
don't forget to add the socat package to the dependencies,
because it is required for the proposed solution.
