it looks like I'm blocked again.

Newest Swift Ocata release is 2.13.0:
https://github.com/openstack/swift/releases/tag/2.13.0

And that tag is not in deb-swift repo:
https://github.com/openstack/deb-swift/tags

So I can't merge that tag. :(
