Hey!

unscd is installed by default. This is a derivation of the default
Debian install and is mostly useless for cloud installs as usually,
people don't use external stores like LDAP.

Moreover, this implementation of nscd is not the one from the libc (I
mean it is less widely used/tested), prints scary messages when
installing packages and its last version is from 2014 (maybe it's OK,
maybe not, there is not git repository, no bug tracker).

Please, remove it.
