[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#858247: python-openstackclient: "openstack --help" fails unless OS_* env vars are set for API access

Package: python-openstackclient
Version: 3.2.1-1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
My /usr/bin/openstack is provided by python-openstackclient, via an
alternative. The command has no manual page. When trying to get some
help, I run it with --help. This is the output:
$ openstack --help
Auth plugin requires parameters which were not given: auth_url
$
If I set the various OS_* environment variables, it works. I think
it's surprising that you need to set up access to a server to get
--help to work.
