Hi!

The created image ships a "debian" user. This user is also created by
cloud-init when not present, giving a chance for the user to override
this behaviour (by not creating it or giving it another
name). Unconditionally creating it comes as a surprise compared to
other cloud-init-enabled distributions (notably Ubuntu and CentOS).
