The latest build of openvswitch for mips64el failed due to repeated
failure of test

  1072: ofproto-dpif - controller action without megaflows FAILED (ofproto-dpif.at:1686)

which appears to have logged an extra packet:

FWIW, there were also transient failures of tests 15, 788, and 2319;
and test 1072 also failed repeatedly on the non-release architecture
hppa (along with several other tests; detailed report to follow).
