Builds of openvswitch for hppa (admittedly not a release architecture)
have been failing lately.  As of the latest build, there were 9
repeated test suite failures (and five more transient failures) per
the below excerpt from

(which contains more details on each of these failures, or at least on
the repeated ones).  Could you please take a look?
