Dear Maintainer,

Working with the ‘python-pecan’ packages requires understanding how it
works and what it does.

Please set a “Suggests: python-pecan-doc” dependency to the binary
package ‘python3-pecan’, and other binary packages for which it is
appropriate.

This will present the suggestion to administrators choosing which
packages to install.
