[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#865855: New version of tablib ready for review/upload

Hi guys,

I updated the package to use standard branches, pybuild, autopkgtest,
make it run with python3 and get the latest version in.
I pushed it to the following repository:
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/modules/python-tablib
Let me know if it's acceptable.

If so https://salsa.debian.org/openstack-team/python/python-tablib can
be dropped.
