[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#858418: stretch-pu: package openvswitch/2.6.2~pre+git20161223-3

Dear release team,

I just tried binaries for openvswitch-server and openvswitch-common on
two servers. I tried

- upgrade to these packages from stable version
- full purge and install

In both cases problem is fixed, OvS interfaces remains available, no
deadlock appearing. Please allow the upload to Stretch.
