Hi,

this is probably not a bug in ironic itself but in one of its build
dependencies that were updated recently.
I would suspect sphinx broke python3-wsme, so python-wsme may need
updating and python3-sphinx needs to break the no longer working
versions of python3-wsme,
but please investigate the ironic side first before reassigning.

The build used these versions:
  python3-wsme (0.8.0-3)
  python3-sphinx (1.7.8-1)

Exception occurred:
  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/wsmeext/sphinxext.py", line 364, in format_name
    return '/' + '/'.join(path)
TypeError: can only join an iterable
