[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#909855: RM: swift-plugin-s3 -- ROM; Swift3 middleware was imported into Swift codebase

The Openstack Swift community has imported the Swift3 middleware into
Swift's codebase as the "s3api" middleware. Swift3 development is now
frozen.

This package is not needed in Debian anymore, same funcionality is in
"swift" package.

Please remove this src package from unstable.
