The python-ceilometerclient binary package depends on and the python-ceilometerclient binary package build-depends on a number of python 2 binary packages that are no longer built by their corresponding source packages.

There don't seem to be any reverse-dependencies left, so presumablly it is time to drop python 2 support from this package.
