yes, those are exceptions.

For bindings, the "openstack" should become second word.
python-openstack-nova
python-openstack-glance
...

(in order to keep consistency with other python packages)

Much more difficult to search, esp. via synaptic GUI. Not all apt
frontends handle debtags easily (if at all), which destroys the normal
user workflow.

Debtags are 'OK' for rare queries, but not for obvious things.
