Dear Maintainer,

parl-desktop-eu and parl-desktop-world dependencies on myspell-pt-br and
myspell-pt-pt will soon become transitional packages to already existing
hunspell dictionaries.

parl-desktop-eu:
 Depends on myspell-pt-pt.
 Needs change to hunspell-pt-pt.

parl-desktop-world:
 Depends on myspell-pt-br and myspell-pt-pt.
 Needs change to hunspell-pt-br and hunspell-pt-pt.
