parl-desktop/bullseye is no longer installable since thunderbird stopped
building the transitional lightning package in stable, too. (There is
only an uninstallable cruft lightning version left in bullseye-security.)

Please make parl-desktop installable in stable again by updating
boxer-data in stable and rebuilding src:debian-parl against that.
