[Parl-user] trouble installing from European Parliament

Indeed those initial steps can be tricky.

Windows is weak regarding virus, so arguably needs strong parenting: 
You'll need a less crippled system with uncensored internet access.

Pilots who did not yet fetch their laptop will receive it at the 
workshop with DebianParl preinstalled, avoiding those tricky steps 1-3 
of the [install].

Also, you will each get the Debian installer on a USB stick, allowing to 
completely reset your laptops, and to help others explore DebianParl.

I admire and appreciate your pioneering spirit and will try help your 
bold exploration.  If too exhausting, consider the workshop a pit stop

When you get that far: When asked how to format your disk, choose 3rd 
option of full disk encryption (and after that pick the right disk to 
install onto - probably the first option), and then leave the machine 
overnight to finish the install (securing the disk takes a *long* time).
