My communication with DG-ITEC have until now only happened discretely, 
and I have been explicitly requested to keep it that way.

Therefore unfortunately I cannot share with you the answer to that 
question.

Jochen is also in dialogue with DG-ITEC - perhaps less contrained.

@Jochen: Can you share if there is any progress on EP allowing access to 
wifi for DebianParl pilots?
