In EPFSUG, we normally go to Karsmakers:

They are open on Sundays 10.00 till 16.00 hours.

It's just next to the EP and the train station Luxembourg.

There are lots of buses stopping nearby too:

Hi Erik,
my pleasure, I'm trying to invite other Debian Developer to this little
meeting, as soon as I have the reply from the other interest people I
tell you where and when we can meet ourselves. :)

In the meantime if you have suggestions... :) This is my first time in
Brussels, so I don't have any preference.
