[Parl-user] What does bug #774281 mean in practice?

Hi,

A bug has been filed on the developers list parl-devel:

http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/parl-devel/Week-of-Mon-20141229/000040.html

If I understand correctly, the bug report says there is an "indirect
dependency" that is not handled between the old and new stable versions
of the operating system. I guess it is between Debian 7.0 and 7.7:

https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/

Does this bug #774281 have any practical implications for DebiaParl users?

If so, what should we do?

Best regards.
