[Parted-devel] Removing references to non-free software from parted.texi

Hello everyone,

  I noticed there's a lot of stuff pertaining to non-free software --
that is, mostly Microsoft products -- in the Parted manual. The GNU
project urges its subprojects to not include references to software that is
released in this manner.

Therefore I would like to remove all this stuff from the manual,
making it much more slim. I do not consider this to be a great loss
because most people that use Microsoft Windows will use a libparted
frontend like gparted, qtparted or just one of the big distribution's
installers. If they don't, they probably won't need the advice anyway.

Moreover, if someone considers this information to be important, he
can just take the relevant sections and produce a non-GNU HOWTO
addressing the needs of users of MS Windows.

Any other suggestions are welcome, of course.

    ~ Leslie
