Hi Otavio,

  please go ahead with packaging eiter 1.7rc1 or the current SVN.
Current SVN is basically 1.7rc1 with the Apple GUID fix for GPT
(important for Intel iMacs).  I do not know whether that's
important for Etch, so decide yourself.

  There are no known serious bugs with 1.7rc1 as of now.
