[parted-devel] Autogenerable files included on SCM

The m4 files are not necessarily autogenerated. And removing them might 
mean some changes in autogen.sh. I would expect a lot of support 
questions a.k.a. "parted does not compile!" if we remove those files, 
since not all end-users are familiar with how autotools works and just 
blindly follow instructions.
