[parted-devel] [PATCH] [tests] Implements _implemented_disk_label and _create_disk_label on common.[hc]

 - _implemented_disk_label: returns 0 when we haven't yet implemented
   this specific label and 1 otherwise;

 - _create_disk_label: creates a disk label of a specific type on a
   specific device;
