Needless to say, I'm omitting the bulk of the 60k-line patch, #09.
I've even omitted the diffs corresponding to the deletions
(400+ lines each) of doc/C/po/parted.8.pot and
doc/pt_BR/parted.8.pt_BR.po in #11.  But even so, it's still
50KB, so I've compressed it, in case there's a 40KB limit on
message size like on the other list.

Note that #12 is new, but very similar to #4.
