I'm OK with it. No problem to me. I think think that we need to use
the same kind of define for all headers and IIRC we were using
HAVE_<HEADER> until now.

I hadn't test the patch yet neither did a very close look since I'm in
a hurry today but I think it looks OK. I would like that someone else
check it too before we apply it.
