[parted-devel] gparted fails to compil with parted-1.8.3

I am able to compile the GParted 0.3.3 tarball with both libparted
1.8.1 (installed in /usr) and libparted 1.8.3 (installed in $HOME). I
went through the second build log that Larry sent, and it seems like
it is the same problem for which Chris Clayton sent a patch.

I am using GCC 4.1.1:

Larry, are you or Bart using a later version of GCC?
