Pretty much any Unix-native filesystem.  FAT filesystems *do* have a 
self-offset field in the superblock, although enough utilities don't set 
it up correctly, and Microsoft labels it "operating system specific" in 
the FAT spec, which seems to imply they don't rely on it (I believe they 
do for boot volumes, but not for others, but that is conjecture.
