[parted-devel] which parted version support which features

I see that the gpt file has been in the sources since pretty much
always.  I'd guess if you are using 1.8.1 you will probably have gpt
capabilities.

However it is advisable to use recent versions as these will probably
contain bugfixes that are not in previous ones.
