[parted-devel] [PATCH] next branch. Handle the signing keys at release

Hello list

Committing a patch that will ensure that we get the same key in the
/tmp/parted-$VERSION file as the one used to sing the mail.

Jim:
    Don't really know what to do with your key in cfg.mk, since it will
    be overridden when we make releases. (Maybe its good to have that
    there to fall back on?).

Also some minor changes to README-release.
