Well, in that case I think we should make little changes to the spec
file:
1. The changelog should be empty
2. There should be one package per buildRequires line. This give a
better understanding of what is required.
3. The devmapper stuff should disable device-mapper if the lib is not
found.
I have only perused it. I might find something else that needs
changing. This will be for after 1.9.0
