It would be nice if you could refresh your patches against current
master, since it has been changed last weeks. I won't be in a position
to test it before end of March due commitments here at work but I'll try
to do that if I have a slot of time.

Since you included a test case and AFAIK the format has been stabilized
I think we could consider it to be included in master. What others
think?

Obviously we need a copyright assigment and a proper review of the code
but besides that anyone sees any other problem?
