[parted-devel] commit_to_os() and need for wait_for_dev_to_appear

Thanks for bringing this up.

I suppose this could be due to changes in udev, the kernel, or parted,
but if someone can investigate/fix it in parted (cleanly and without too
much cost), I would welcome the contribution.
I won't have much time for parted in the next two months.
