As  part of searching for the copyright assignment info, I checked the
#parted irc channel on freenode.net

I   didn't   see  any recognizable names, but noticed that the channel
topic needs some love.

Both .shtml links failed (404) because of the extra characters.

The  Wiki/bug  tracker  returns  "Loading...  Please  Wait"  but never
completes.
