I think I have this figured out now. My .muttrc had a 'lists' line with
the .org address in it, so when I replied to someone using that address
it added the Mail-Followup-To header (after composing the email, which
is why I didn't see it until after sending the previous message).

I had also forgotten that 'list' was for unsubscribed lists, so when I
switched it to .net that only solved part of the problem.

I dropped the list line, so the Mail-Followup-To header shouldn't be
getting added anymore and List reply should also work correctly. I
think.

Sorry for the noise :)

In other news I'd still like to do a new release, but haven't had the
time to get back to solving the build issues I was hitting last year.
