Subject: [PATCH] doc: Mention `rescue` instead of `mkpart` in `rm`.

The node on `rm` suggests to use `mkpart` to recover a mistakenly
deleted partition; just two nodes before, the `rescue` partition
illustrates an example of this exact situation.

We change `mkpart` to `rescue` and add a cross-reference to it.
