[parted-devel] parted 3.6.37 Alpha build

I've managed an alpha build finally. It is available for download from:

https://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/parted/

And the git repo has been updated. I'll do a more formal announcement
email when I do a stable release next week. If people could give this a
try I'd appreciate it. I've updated Fedora Rawhide and run it through
its paces with a new installer iso and install test.
