Package: parted
Severity: important

Hi,

I set up in d-i on my 2GB disk:

128M - swap
the rest of it - LVM

It was written as

Disk geometry for /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target4/lun0/disc: 0.000-2033.824 megabytes
Disk label type: loop
Minor Start End Filesystem Flags
1 0.000 2033.824 linux-swap

as far as parted can tell.

Dmesg on the next boot says:

SCSI device sdb: 4165272 512-byte hdwr sectors (2133 MB)
 /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target4/lun0: unknown partition table

and I was unable to boot the system because the LVM partition
disappeared.

Thanks
Josh
