[Parted-maintainers] Bug#276772: parted: Incorrectly detects one large FAT16 on disks with SBM installed.

On disks with SBM installed in the MBR, parted incorrectly ignores the
partition table and instead reports a single large FAT16 partition.

In the Debian changelog there is a mention this was fixed in 1.6.11-4.
However, in 1.6.11-6 this problem has returned.
