[Parted-maintainers] Bug#358538: parted-udeb: Stray accented As in display

Using d-i beta 2 (sparc ultra 1) on a serial console, partitioning
hard drives displays stray A with ^ characters where spaces should be
displayed.  In the attached file, they show up as character 0x1842
after Unknown, swap, lvm, etc.
