[Parted-maintainers] new version of parted into debian ?

I just wanted to know if we will upload soon the new parted version into debian?
Im thinking about 1.8.x version.

Otherwise, I want to apologize, I was very busy and didn't help that much with
the parted package but I will be soon available for helping the parted team.
