[Parted-maintainers] Bug#482408: build-dependency automake1.8 about to be removed

Hi,

as discussed with Otavio on IRC, parted is the last package in Debian to 
build-depend on automake1.8, which is up for removal.
Otavio also advised me parted 1.8 uses a newer automake, so this bug is mainly 
for bookkeeping.
